    Description



    Looking for an enthusiastic, proactive marketing expert to lead and implement the team's marketing strategy, overseeing and executing all aspects of the plan, the marketing strategy for each listing, lead generation initiatives, and lead tracking systems.

    This individual should be personable, skilled, and optimistic with the capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues, both independently and in a dynamic setting. This role will play a crucial role in the operational team and will be accountable to the company's proprietors.

    About the Job:

    • Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000
    • Paid Time Off (PTO)
    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the brand and execute the entire marketing strategy along with all its elements.
    • Supervise and implement the marketing strategy for each listing.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in all sales and marketing tools and platforms.
    • Manage and administer CRM systems effectively.
    • Have a deep understanding of relevant technologies and be available to aid agents/staff when necessary.
    • Maintain and follow through on existing processes while creating and implementing updates when required.
    • Create marketing materials for each listing and team branding as necessary.
    • Formulate, execute, and oversee a new social media strategy utilizing suitable platforms.
    • Assist in running Google Ad campaigns and oversee all digital marketing efforts for the company.
    • Produce all marketing materials like flyers, social media posts, videos, and brochures as needed.
    Additional Duties:

    • Manage relationships with marketing vendors.
    • Identify new vendor opportunities as needed for company growth.
    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
    • Extensive understanding of social media tactics and executing social media campaigns.
    • Knowledgeable about Google Ad campaigns and social media advertising campaigns.
    • Proficient in Canva, InDesign, and Photoshop.
    • Experience in advertisements, print, and handling various tasks across social media and Adobe Suite is preferable.
    • Willingness to understand and coach others on cloud-based software like CRMs, project management tools, Microsoft Office, major social media platforms, Google Drive, etc.
    • Keen eye for detail.
    • Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and manage daily priorities efficiently.
    • Effective at creative problem-solving.
    • Must have a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
    Mandatory:

    Candidates are required to present a portfolio showcasing their work, encompassing advertisements, printed materials, and relevant marketing projects.
