The Finance Manager is responsible for assisting the customer in securing proper funds for purchasing recreational vehicles for the dealership.

This person will be responsible for daily communications with customer, financial institutions, and all other departments within the dealership.

Once proper funds are secured the finance manager is responsible for producing additional revenue by recommending products and benefits to the potential customer.


  • Prior finance experience.
  • Stability in work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
  • Proficient in IDS Software preferred, but not required.
  • Prior finance experience.
  • Must be able to work 56 days a week, 812hour days, depending on customer needs.
  • Must be able to work some holidays and weekends.
  • Must be able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED
