    Inclusion Teacher Needed - 4th Grade Caseload

    Location: Louisville, MS
    Position Type: Full-Time
    Caseload: Primarily 4th grade, around 12 students
    Number of Openings: 1
    Start Date: ASAP

    Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Inclusion Teacher to join our team in Louisville, MS. The selected candidate will work primarily with a 4th-grade caseload in an inclusive classroom setting. This is a full-time position with immediate availability.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide support and accommodations to students with diverse learning needs in the general education classroom
    • Collaborate with general education teachers to develop and implement differentiated instruction strategies
    • Develop and modify instructional materials and assessments to meet individual student needs
    • Facilitate small group instruction and provide one-on-one support as needed
    • Implement behavior management strategies and support positive classroom behavior
    • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians and other members of the educational team

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
    • Valid teaching license or certification in Mississippi
    • Experience working with students with diverse learning needs, preferably in an inclusion setting
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual students
    • Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
