- Review/analyze OASIS/HIS documents for accuracy and ensure completion by month-end
- Assist the Staff Educator with teaching and coaching nurses and therapists
- Data Entry of diagnoses and other form-related data
- Analyze OASIS documents using various tools to help prevent Medicare Audits
- Knowledge of home health regulations, OASIS/HIS documentation requirements, and Medicare PPS Reimbursement system
- Two years of office experience in a medical setting required, home health experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate pleasantly and effectively with patients, referral sources, and coworkers
