Keep Watch:
Keep an eye out for anything unusual or suspicious.
Scare away troublemakers by being visible.


React to Emergencies:
Be ready to act if there's a fire, breach, or medical issue.
Report any problems right away.


Communicate:
Stay in touch with the control center or team.
Tell them about any incidents or concerns.


Help People:
Be friendly and assist visitors and staff.
Answer questions and help when needed.


Record and Maintain Equipment:
Keep a log of what happens during your shift.
Make sure security tools like radios and cameras are working.


Follow Rules:
Stick to company policies and obey local laws.
Act professionally and follow safety guidelines.


Work Together:
Team up with other security guards for a smooth operation.
Support each other during shifts.


Be Prepared for Emergencies:
Know how to evacuate if needed.
Provide basic first aid if necessary.


Resolve Conflicts:
Calmly handle disputes or problems.
Use force only when necessary to protect people or property.
