Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization and ensuring the achievement of business goals.

This is a key leadership role that requires strong administrative, sales, and supervisory skills.


Duties:

• Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
• Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency and completion of production
• Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing decisions to meet customer demand
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Implement organizational initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Experience:

• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of training and development principles to enhance staff performance

Pay:
$4, $7,500.00 per month

• 4 years

Shift:

• 10 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
