Description

Carriere Italia, a company that has been supporting professionals in their job search, training, and coaching processes since 2004, is looking for a Sales and Brand Ambassador for an Italian food company with a branch in Germany.

The selected candidate will report directly to the Export Manager in Germany and will have the following responsibilities:

Develop and implement customer retention strategies in the German market and search for new clients (mainly B2B);
Identify new market opportunities and business partners;
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients;
Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events;
Organize and conduct product tastings for clients;
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the brand globally;
Work with the international sales back office to manage sales orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree;
Advanced knowledge of German and English;
Residence in Germany;
Experience (even minimal) as an Export Manager or in a similar position;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Results-oriented with the ability to identify growth opportunities;
Willingness to travel within Germany and abroad for business meetings and events;
