Summary:
They liaise with multiple stakeholders within the business to communicate any potential issues that could jeopardize the delivery of a product.
What You'll Do:
- Oversees and manages assigned project and/or departments data, ensuring it meets predetermined contractual or policy requirements
- Conduct data entry and data management for various department projects
- Assist with the development of training materials such as manuals, handbooks, presentations, diagrams, workflows, and project plans
- Communicate with internal and external departments to ensure accurate delivery of product
- Understand the objective and impact of projects on the business and propose solutions if necessary
- Liaise with internal and external teams to source relevant data
- Process mapping and documentation of import & domestic processes
- Assist with the development of manuals, handbooks, reports, presentations, and project plans
- Update and maintain department's KPIs
- Perform data entry tasks in various systems
- Prepare data for 4Eye release principle
- Understand relevant import and customs regulations in detail and act accordingly
- Escalate issues proactively to the manager in a timely manner
- Manages ordering and ranges of assigned product group
- Oversee warehouse operations and outbound processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need:
- Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Solid understanding of import and customs processes and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to work independently
- Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- German language skills
- Familiarity with retail industry and relevant legal requirements
- Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 13 years of experience in a related field
- In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
- Physical Job Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
