    Summary:
The Wholesale & Customs Analyst performs substantial parts of the data entry and operational processes within the department. This role supports the department by working on multiple projects independently.

They liaise with multiple stakeholders within the business to communicate any potential issues that could jeopardize the delivery of a product.


What You'll Do:


  • Oversees and manages assigned project and/or departments data, ensuring it meets predetermined contractual or policy requirements
  • Conduct data entry and data management for various department projects
  • Assist with the development of training materials such as manuals, handbooks, presentations, diagrams, workflows, and project plans
  • Communicate with internal and external departments to ensure accurate delivery of product
  • Understand the objective and impact of projects on the business and propose solutions if necessary
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to source relevant data
  • Process mapping and documentation of import & domestic processes
  • Assist with the development of manuals, handbooks, reports, presentations, and project plans
  • Update and maintain department's KPIs
  • Perform data entry tasks in various systems
  • Prepare data for 4Eye release principle
  • Understand relevant import and customs regulations in detail and act accordingly
  • Escalate issues proactively to the manager in a timely manner
  • Manages ordering and ranges of assigned product group
  • Oversee warehouse operations and outbound processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:


  • Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Solid understanding of import and customs processes and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to work independently
  • Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • German language skills
  • Familiarity with retail industry and relevant legal requirements
  • Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 13 years of experience in a related field
  • In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
  • Physical Job Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
