Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments efficiently while providing excellent customer service.


Duties:

• Communicate with clients to schedule appointments
• Conduct outbound calling to confirm and reschedule appointments
• Analyze scheduling data to optimize appointment booking
• Utilize phone etiquette and sales techniques to upsell services
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction
• Experience in outbound calling and sales preferred
• Excellent data entry skills for maintaining accurate records
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous

Pay:
$ $23.41 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
