What we offer:

We offer an interesting, diverse and challenging training program at a modern and future-oriented company. This is combined with part-time studies, where you can choose how to structure your studies. There are two different models available: one through Steinbeis University Berlin, where the studies are conducted in block modules, with 3-4 in-person sessions per year from Thursday to Sunday in Munich. The second model is through VWA Ostbayern, where in-person sessions typically take place 2-3 times per week in the evenings in Pfarrkirchen. Both models also include webinars.

In the training program for Bank Clerks, you will start at the counter to gain confidence in customer interaction. We will try our best to assign you to a location close to your place of residence. In addition to your main branch, you will also spend two months gaining insight into another branch. Later in the training program, you will rotate through various internal departments, such as payment transactions, sales/marketing, credit department, insurance, and more.

You will be mentored on-site by your personal mentor during the training program.

You can expect a flexible 39-hour work week with flextime.
