    Job Description

    SUMMARY: As a Supervisor of Cage Services Representatives at Casino X, your main responsibility will include training and supervising the team to maintain excellent customer relations, enforce policies and procedures, and ensure internal controls are followed.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supervise jackpot payouts, table fills, credits, and transactions
    • Make recommendations for policy and procedure improvements
    • Document attendance, review employee files, and prepare corrective actions
    • Complete daily cash accountability logs and give performance feedback
    • Prepare funds transfers and ensure accurate paperwork completion
    • Receive chip inventory and oversee movement of gaming chips
    • Issue manual counter checks if needed
    • Ensure equipment maintenance and confidentiality of operations data
    • Inform management of incidents related to patrons and employees
    • Process credit applications and resolve customer issues
    • Supervise point adjustments and provide marketing information
    • Provide training support and supervise new Players Club member enrollment
    • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS: To excel in this role, you must have a High School Diploma, supervisory experience, and knowledge of internal controls. A College degree is preferred.

    LANGUAGE ABILITY: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and employees.

    MATH & REASONING ABILITY: Ability to handle payouts, compute tax rates, and solve practical problems.

    COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software.

    CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES: Must obtain appropriate licensing.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Guide, train, and manage subordinates effectively.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT: Fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels and exposure to smoke.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 40lbs.
