Personnel and Organization - an employee (m/f/d) for the area of personnel marketing.

We would like to fill the position in full-time (39 hours per week). Alternatively, a part-time position with a minimum of

30 hours per week is possible.

  • Maintenance and further development of our employer brand
  • Development and implementation of measures for employee retention and recruitment
  • Implementation and development of personnel marketing measures (e.g. organization of trade fair events, support of personnel recruitment, e.g. design of advertisements and materials, social media posts and management of our social media channels)
  • Statistical evaluation of advertising measures
  • Organization and implementation of evaluations (e.g. employee surveys, feedback from managers)
