WHAT YOU'LL DO:


As a Knowledge Director (KD) within BCG's Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) Practice Area, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction for the Sector/Topic.

You will lead and manage a team of 4-8+ experts in the Sector/Topic, providing valuable support to the business and ensuring the team's performance meets all key performance indicators (KPIs), such as case billability, quality, and content creation.

You will also be responsible for the team's professional development and career progression.


In addition, you will directly contribute to client cases, proposals, and workshops, drawing on your extensive expertise in the field.

You will also represent BCG at SATT & Conferences, sharing your knowledge and insights in meetings and conferences.


BCG's PIPE Practice Area works with the world's largest investment firms, serving six client asset classes: Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Infrastructure & Real Estate Funds, Family Offices, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and Pension Plans.

Similarly, PIPE topics cover a wide range of industries and sub-topics, such as Commercial Due Diligence, Tech Capital, Private Credit, Operational Improvement, and Middle Market.
