    Job DescriptionDescription:
    • Perform, manage, and lead all tasks carried out under this contract to ensure the effective and efficient accomplishment of all assigned projects under this contract.
    • Experienced in supporting and providing the necessary framework, process optimization, coordination, and governance to ensure program successes.
    • Experienced in leading and establishing program plans, structures, processes, schedules, reporting requirements, communication channels, and quality control functions.
    • Experienced in promoting operational efficiencies, managing competing schedules and resources to meet program deliverables, metrics, and SLAs.
    • Must be capable of effectively coordinating logistics, planning, and addressing all escalated issues.
    • Engaging, communicating, coordinating, and collaborating with customers, stakeholders, system owners, teaming partners, employees, and MSM leadership and management team.
    • Comprehensive experience and/or understanding of related IT Infrastructure, Application Development, and Cybersecurity capabilities.
    • Infrastructure – Service Desk, SystemAdmin, Network Engineering
    • Application Development – DevSecOps/Agile development lifecycle
    • Cybersecurity – A&A, ATO/RMF
    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 10 years' experience of managing large program (above $20M/year)
    • Required Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or related technical degree
    • Required – PMP, ITIL v.3/v.4 (preferred), and CSM
    • Top Secret (clearable to SCI level)
