We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help our marketing team grow

What you will be doing:

Assist in monitoring and reporting on active marketing campaigns and lead flow
Develop ways to improve and optimize marketing strategies
Analyze digital marketing data
Collaborate with the Brand Manager and Digital Marketing Agency to create innovative ways to gain exposure and increase conversion rates
Assist in media planning and buying
Proofread and edit content

Requirements:

Proactive attitude and strong desire to complete tasks
Ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment
Have an eye for detail and be careful in analyzing data
Use logic to address workrelated issues and problems
Ability to meet deadlines
Effectively manage time
