Your Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for the acquisition, development, and planning of onshore wind energy projects throughout Germany, working together with a team. Your tasks will include:

Evaluating and assessing wind potential areas according to common planning, ecological, legal, and economic conditions
Managing land acquisition agents and cooperation partners, as well as coordinating with community representatives, authorities, experts, and equipment manufacturers
Assisting in the acquisition process, including evaluating land, negotiating and finalizing lease agreements with landowners, and conducting local political persuasion work
Preparing investment decisions through economic analyses and participating in financing
Driving and coordinating regional planning, zoning, and approval procedures
Preparing tenders and potentially overseeing construction
Negotiating with project providers, suppliers, and service providers
Continuously developing the project acquisition and development business area

Your Profile

You have a degree in spatial planning, law, engineering, or a comparable qualification, and a good understanding of business and organizational issues
You have relevant professional experience in project development in the onshore wind energy sector and have an existing network in the industry
You have knowledge of approval and planning law and are willing to work with other renewable energy technologies
