Competent. Committed. Citizen-oriented.The Minnehaha, WA (approx. 139,000 inhabitants) is seeking a team assistant (m/f/d) for its Department of Labor, to start as soon as possible. The position is part-time suitable.
Your tasks:
You will work in the municipal job center of Minnehaha, WA together with another team assistant in one of the 4 teams of the Department of Benefits for Securing Livelihoods according to the Social Code II (SGB II).
- Central telephone service for the team
- answering calls during defined telephone hours and processing them according to existing team telephone rules
- Participation in SGB II benefit processing in the team, e.g. checking applications for utility cost statements or onetime benefits and loans, checking loan repayments, installment payments, deferrals, and cancellations and preparing them for decisionmaking
Your profile:
- Successful training as a public administration clerk or successfully completed employee training course I
- Alternatively, administrative or commercial vocational training, with work experience related to SGB II and/or SGB III being desirable
