Coffeeshop Manager

Skills for a Successful Manager:


Previous, demonstrated experience in the following is desired:

• Barista background
• Management experience, preferably including in a coffeeshop
• Startup experience a plus
• Sufficient math skills to keep accurate financial records
• Handson experience with professional coffee machines (previous boba machine experience a bonus)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well interpersonally with people
• Strong customer service philosophy
• Availability to work flexible hours, when needed (including weekends and holidays)

Compensation:

Dependent on education, the College has a range of pay for this position, established as a daily rate. For more information, contact the VPAS office at Cypress College.

$ $300.00 per day
