We are currently looking for an Event Sales & Service Coordinator (m/f/d) in full-time for our PIERDREI.


Responsibilities:

  • Professional handling of all types of event inquiries for our HAFENBÜHNE, our rooftop garden MOON46, and the KiTCHENS restaurant.
  • Clear coordination with clients, agencies, and artists
  • Clear, structured, and complete communication of details to all departments involved
  • Preparation of offers, contracts, and invoices, as well as customer feedback discussions
  • Management of ongoing events
  • Close coordination with all departments
  • Development of event formats and networking in the cultural scene
