IT Support Engineer (inhouse) / System Administrator (m/f/d)

Unterföhring, full-time

Your tasks:

  • Participation in the organization and further development of our hardware and software, always with a focus on the users
  • Responsibility for the setup and updating of over 150 client systems (Windows/Mac) + mobile devices (iOS) + peripherals including device management (Microsoft Intune)
  • Supporting colleagues in 1st and 2nd level support in solving individual user questions and problems in all areas
  • Management, monitoring and maintenance of the server landscape (data center and cloud)
  • Monitoring and optimization of system performance and independent troubleshooting
