    1. MUST BE A MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL WITH GOOD LEADERSHIP SKILLS THAT CAN BE DEVELOPED INTO EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP SKILLS

    2. MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO MOVE INTO THE GENERAL MANAGER'S POSITION IN TIMES OF GENERAL MANAGER'S ABSENCE OR PROMOTION.NEED TO KNOW THE MANAGER'S DUTIES LIKE SCHEDULING, DEPOSITS, INVENTORY, ETC.

    3. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE

    4. MUST BE SERVE SAFE CERTIFIED OR BE ABLE AND WILLING TO BE SERVE SAFE CERTIFIED WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME

    5. IS ABLE TO BE ON CALL FOR MANAGEMENT EMERGENCIES AND/OR LAST MINUTE SCHEDULE CHANGES

    6. HAS A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF LABOR COSTS, COST OF GOODS, RESTAURANT PROFITABILITY, AND WORKS IN COJUNCTION WITH THE STORE MANAGER TO ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS

    7. MUST HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND BE ABLE TO HANDLE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

    8. HAS GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL AND GOOD BASIC MATH SKILLS

    9. CAN FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AND COMPANY POLICIES EASILY AND WITHOUT VARIATION

    10. CAN HANDLE STRESSFUL SITUATIONS CORRECTLY AND WITHOUT HESITATION AND IS EASILY ADAPTABLE

    11. CAN MULTI-TASK EASILY

    12. IS ABLE TO AND WILLING TO MOTIVATE CREW AND FOLLOW THROUGH UNTIL TASKS ARE COMPLETED

    13. IS WILLING TO ACCEPT FINANCIAL RESPOSIBILITIES FOR STORE MONEY WHILE IN CHARGE OF SHIFT / STORE. THIS INCLUDES DEPOSITS AND DRAWER SHORTAGES/OVERAGES AND THE ABILITY TO FIND AND CORRECT REGISTER MISTAKES.

    14. IS ABLE AND WILLING TO CORRECTLY TRAIN OTHERS BY UNDERSTANDING AND PUTTING INTO PRACTICE ALL DQ, COMPANY, AND STORE POLICIES WITHOUT VARIATION

    15. HAS AVERAGE TROUBLSHOOTING SKILLS FOR RESTAURANTS EQUIPTMENT

    16. IS KNOWLEDGABLE OF DAIRY QUEEN FOOD SAFETY POLICIES

    17. HAS TIME FLEXIBILTY TO WORK ON ANY SHIFT
