    Taco Bell Assistant General Manager

    Location: Uhrichsville, OH


    Welcome to the exciting opportunity to join the team as an Assistant General Manager at Taco Bell. By taking on this role, you will be supporting the Restaurant General Manager in running smooth shifts and upholding the high standards set by Taco Bell.

    As the Assistant General Manager, you will demonstrate ownership, problem-solving skills with a positive attitude, and readiness to assist and mentor others. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring that all team members fulfill their tasks, managing inventory, maintaining financial responsibility, and serving delicious food in a friendly environment.

    Moreover, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe work environment for all employees and customers, making Taco Bell a great place to work and dine.

    Job Requirements and Essential Functions:

    • High School Diploma or GED, College or University Degree preferred
    • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, with Profit and Loss responsibility
    • Basic proficiency in personal computer use
    • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
    • Successful completion of background check and drug test
    • Access to reliable transportation
    • Fundamental understanding of business math, accounting, and strong analytical skills
    • Capable of performing basic cleaning tasks
    • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during a significant portion of the shift
