We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team.

As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort.

Duties:

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment
• Follow resident rights guidelines to ensure privacy and dignity

Experience:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of assisted living principles and practices
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and their families
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
