Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete estimator to join our construction team.

As a Concrete Estimator, you will be responsible for assisting in various concrete estimate projects, ensuring the successful completion of each project.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and setup of estimates
• Able to handle multiple estimates and give accurate measurements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Concrete estimator or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Skills:

• Negotiation skills for contract agreements with suppliers or subcontractors
• Project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Construction estimating skills using software such as HeavyBid or Bluebeam or any software.
• Cost control skills to manage project budgets effectively
• Knowledge of construction management principles
