Description
You are a software or full-stack web developer and you are familiar with the LAMP stack.
And you are tired of being stuck in a never-ending project and constantly dealing with the same problems? Understandable.
That's why things are different in our support team.
As a software supporter (m/f/d) in 2nd level support, your tasks will include:
- Making customers happy: Classifying and prioritizing inquiries from 1st level support
- Getting quick feedback: Keeping in touch with our customers and informing them about the current status of their support requests
- Working on a variety of tasks: Our fixed customer base serves a wide range of industries, so there's never a dull moment
- Analyzing and solving problems: Solving specific and challenging programming tasks for our customers
- Sharing knowledge: Supporting our developer colleagues with your expertise
- Documenting solutions: Maintaining our knowledge database, which contains solutions for frequently occurring problems
Our support team is separate from the web projects of our three development teams and is solely focused on the satisfaction of our existing customers.
We offer support to our fixed customer base through service level agreements. This means that when our customers come to us with requests or technical difficulties, we are there to help: quickly and competently
