    About Us:


    Due to our partner Satterfield & Pontikes continued growth and expansion, we are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to our Austin team.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead projects ranging from $50m-$200m, overseeing them from inception to completion.

    Oversee commercial projects, including schools, hospitals, warehouses, offices, and airports.

    Collaborate with various stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

    Ensure compliance with company policies and programs, particularly regarding safety.

    Manage approvals of shop drawings and submittals, maintaining project schedules and budgets.

    Oversee quality control programs and implement cost control measures.

    Coordinate project meetings, final inspections, and walk-throughs.

    Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

    Adapt to the requirements of a large company setting, understanding its dynamics and processes.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

    Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a PM.

    Management experience with projects exceeding $50m-$200m.

    Demonstrated success in commercial construction, with a focus on building schools, preferred.

    Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    Undestanding of how to work in a large company.


    Benefits:

    Vehicle allowance $750-$1000 a month;
