Description

Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical is actively searching for a highly motivated, confident dispatcher.

Hours:
Full time, 40+ hours per week. Monday through Friday, approximately 7:45AM to 4:45PM each day.

Primary responsibilities include:

Dispatching installers to jobs
Scheduling emergency calls and multiday installs.

Additional Responsibilities:

Schedule jobs based on customer issue, tech specialty and geographic efficiency
Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and installs
Effectively communicate job information to technicians and installers

Qualifications:

HVAC or Plumbing dispatch experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Able to work with very mínimal supervision
Ability to interact well with all employees and perform as a team player is essential
Possess excellent communication skills and maintain a pleasant, friendly demeanor
Possess strong attention to detail and able to multitask
Be willing to answer calls (remotely) on a rotating weekend and after hours schedule
