Administrative Assistant
For over 60 years, Vanguard has been a leading provider of solutions and services for fire protection, life safety, and security systems from design to installation and inspections.
This person must have exceptional attention to detail and able to identify issues and provide solutions, maintain accounts and records for a variety of customers.
This position is key in creating operational efficiencies within the office and providing consistent communication with coworkers and managerial staff.

- Create and maintain accuracy of customer account information
- Process service orders, inspection contracts and installation projects
- Maintain sales tracking spreadsheets for service and installation projects
- Support daily office operations and team communications
Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience working in an administrative role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
- Must have good computer skills and be able to utilize Microsoft Excel and Word
- Should be adaptable and maintain a positive attitude in a changing environment
- Demonstrate strong problem solving and communication skills
