Job DetailsA California medical center is seeking their next Interim Director, Surgical Services
The Position
The Interim Director, Surgical Services, will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the department.
The Interim Director will oversee and manage staff members throughout ASC, Cath Lab, PACU, Outpatient, Sterile Processing, and GI units throughout the organization.
This leader will analyze and revise currently implemented policies and programs including spine, robotics, and surgery, while ensuring that departmental structures and operations are in alignment with local, state, and federal regulations.
Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required.
Active California RN license is required.
Healthcare experience is required.
Pay Details
Pay Range:
$170,000 - $175,000 annually.
Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
