We are looking for an Agile Team Coach (m/f/d) for our locations in Hamburg and Karlsruhe, with 50% remote work.

Your responsibilities:

  • You support and enable our crossfunctional teams and the entire organization in our agile transformation
  • You actively support our teams in the introduction and further development of agile values, principles, and practices
  • You align requirements within and between individual teams and the entire organization
  • You work with our teams, various stakeholders, and management with the goal of continuous improvement
  • You also plan, participate, and shape our agile scaled processes and continuously expand them
  • You deepen our agile practices based on agile values and principles and act as a catalyst for this
