What you will do:

Our vision is to connect talents with renowned employers during their studies and support them in their career development. As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will work in a team with one of our Heads of Regional Sales Managers and be responsible for acquiring new customers and increasing revenue in your region in the Customer Care sector.

As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), your tasks will include:

Monitoring the market and following the latest trends
Developing customers in your region and regularly visiting them to optimize and expand the collaboration
Ensuring that enough new business is generated to achieve the projected growth for Germany
Developing new products and services for top clients
Negotiating offers and contracts and presenting YoungCapital to the client
Working closely with responsible parties within the company to ensure a unique customer experience
