- Minimum of a BA/BS in a business-related field with business experience in CPG industries, working with retailers in Sales/Account Management, Category Management, Analytics or other similar function preferred
- Strong functional and technical, category, shopper, business acumen, and planning and process management skills
- Proficiency In Nielsen, GFK, IRI, and/or VIS highly preferred
- Utilize data to provide continual analysis of business performance with actionable insights to account team using VIS and Nielsen data and be well versed at all times on key drivers of the business
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to track performance of business objectives (new item performance, promotional and product effectiveness, retailer initiatives)
- Conduct analysis and prepare PowerPoint slides for internal and external presentations including, but not limited to, business reviews, line reviews and JBP's
- Own demand planning consensus process by providing forecast reporting pre-work and aligning with account manager and demand planning on forecasts
- Leverage financial management tools to forecast and measure financial performance
- Support sales team in all business operations and reporting necessary to drive the business

Job Description:The Tractor Supply (TSC)/Petco Analyst will play a critical player in analyzing, informing, and making recommendations to deliver our team business objectives through business planning and sales analytics support. This role will interact cross functionally with the TSC/Petco Sales, Supply, Sales Strategy & Planning, RGM, and Demand Planning teams. This role requires strong functional and technical skills, analytical and financial acumen, planning and organizational skills and leveraging data and insights to generate actionable results.
