- Consult with department and senior leadership on people strategies and programs
- Provide recommendations on organization structure, retention, promotions, compensation, and talent development
- Facilitate talent management reviews and initiatives
- Offer guidance on training, performance management, policy interpretations, and career development
- Contribute to the development and administration of HR policies and procedures
- Align HR strategy with department priorities as a change agent
- Conduct thorough investigations in partnership with the Employee Relations department
- Advise on benefits and compensation-related matters to retain key talent
- Experience: 5-7 years as an HR Business Partner
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Certifications: SHRM designation preferred
- Problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Collaboration with Team Members at all levels
- Experience leading and providing guidance for direct reports
- Ability to make timely and accurate decisions
- Sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, reaching overhead
- Lifting up to 10 pounds
