HR Business Partner, Store Support Center (SSC)

Job Description: Are you ready to take on a key role as a strategic partner at our Store Support Center? As an HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with department leaders to drive HR strategies and initiatives that impact our business performance positively. You'll collaborate with senior executives, offer valuable advice, manage conflicts, and continuously enhance our leaders' capabilities and work environment.

• Consult with department and senior leadership on people strategies and programs
• Provide recommendations on organization structure, retention, promotions, compensation, and talent development
• Facilitate talent management reviews and initiatives
• Offer guidance on training, performance management, policy interpretations, and career development
• Contribute to the development and administration of HR policies and procedures
• Align HR strategy with department priorities as a change agent
• Conduct thorough investigations in partnership with the Employee Relations department
• Advise on benefits and compensation-related matters to retain key talent

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-7 years as an HR Business Partner
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Certifications: SHRM designation preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Collaboration with Team Members at all levels
• Experience leading and providing guidance for direct reports
• Ability to make timely and accurate decisions

Working Conditions: Normal office environment

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 10 pounds
