Duties:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Assist in managing office operations and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Support staff with administrative tasks and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist in transcribing documents and maintaining accurate records.
- This dualrole position provides an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in both specialized fields, working in residential and commercial settings. You will assist senior technicians with installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring highquality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a mix of technical skills, physical ability, and customer service excellence.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minor Repairs: Aid in minor necessary repairs for roof related job, ensuring optimal functionality and safety when needed.
- Learn Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety regulations and practices while on the job. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and assist in maintaining a safe work environment.
- Customer Service Assistance: Help provide excellent customer service, assisting with client inquiries, explaining procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional interaction.
- Documentation Support: Assist in completing detailed reports, documentation of inspections and installation processes.
Qualifications:
- Interest or experience in construction and roofing.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in roofing job.
- Basic problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
Additional Requirements:
- Provide 2 professional references.
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and adapt to flexible hours, including early mornings, and weekends as needed.
