First State Orthopaedics is looking for a Medical Records Clerk responsible for Chart Preparation and Clinical Preview.


Position Objective:

Prepares out guides for upcoming office visits in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with established procedures of First State Orthopaedics.


Position Requirements:
High School Diploma. Good communication and good working knowledge of general medical terminology.


Detailed Responsibilities:


  • Accurately processes and organizes out guides for upcoming appointments
based on First State Orthopaedics procedures

  • Accurately access patients' chart to indicate what paperwork is needed following the protocol.
  • Ability to interface with support departments and articulate issues and concerns

Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
