To support our continued growth, we seek a Verifications Specialist to join our growing team.

Summary:
Our Verification Specialists verify information reported by our clients' job applicants.

They conduct phone interviews, internet and database research to complete these important verification activities accurately and in a timely manner.

They evaluate and verify supporting documents and accurately input the information into our proprietary system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Effectively and efficiently manage inbound calls to verify previous Employment, Education, References, and Licensing needed.
Follow policies and procedures to maintain an effective followup process for all verifications to ensure timely completion of background checks.
Accurate data entry of verified information such previous employment, graduation dates, degrees achieved, etc.
Ensure accuracy and receive assurance of information obtained for verifications.
Work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
