Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns and feedback
- Utilize strong phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Provide support in Spanish or other languages for multilingual customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively
- Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems
