Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns and feedback
  • Utilize strong phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Upsell products or services to enhance the customer experience
  • Provide support in Spanish or other languages for multilingual customers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
