Summary:

This position uses the knowledge of specifications, customer requirements, drawings and related procedures to assure that quality documentation requirements are accomplished.

Assures raw materials are in full accordance with the latest specification requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Reviews customer orders for quality requirements.
Coordinate Certification Packages for NNS/EB
Issues job travelers and test sheets after quality review.
Prepares documentation packages and inspection sheets in accordance with the customers purchase order requirements.
Reviews material certifications on all purchased materials.
Initiates the recording and processing of customer returns and customer complaints.
Maintains applicable specifications to latest date.
Prepares and reviews assembly /test sheets.
Manage training records
Organizes the schedule for customer source inspection.
Other Quality System support activities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma and/or related college level classes
Administrative: Ability to organize documentation and work in an ERP system.
Experience: experience in Quality or Manufacturing is preferred.
Able to read and understand specification requirements, commercial and government related contracts.
