This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects from planning to completion.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects with excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.
This role requires a high degree of professionalism, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a deep understanding of the construction industry.
As a Permanent Construction Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our construction projects.You will be responsible for providing accurate and competitive cost estimates for various construction projects, from the initial concept to the final design.

~ Conduct thorough risk and opportunity analyses for each estimate.
Review and evaluate project specific cost factors (i.e. location, duration, productivity, etc.).
Generate project schedules and assist in the preparation of construction schedules.
Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure comprehensive bid coverage.
Coordinate with project management teams to ensure estimates are accurate and reflect the project scope.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, material costs, and price fluctuations.
Use advanced Microsoft Excel skills to develop and maintain cost databases and spreadsheets.
Evaluate bids, budgets, and cost analyses effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5-7+ years of experience in construction estimating, with a solid understanding of construction means and methods, accounting, and document organization.
Ability to read and understand all types of construction drawings and documents.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
