- Ensuring daily medication protocols are strictly followed as per medical staff instructions.
- Initiating emergency resuscitative measures based on protocols.
- Check patients' vitals as required.
- Follow up on patients as per orders, monitor and secure medications.
- Obtain prior authorizations for prescriptions.
- Administer IM injections and track schedules.
- Administer client medication based on medical instructions.
- Document all administered medications in the system.
- Handle emergency medical interventions when necessary.
- Observe entry area and maintain a safe environment for guests.
- Ensure all guests have necessary clearance and guidance to their destination.
- Attend monthly meetings and stay updated on program changes.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to program needs.
- Maintain a safe environment for customers and colleagues.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with an active RN license in Georgia.
- Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric/mental health experience preferred.
- Passing a background check is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
- Proficiency in using computers for health records and administrative tasks.
- Effective communication in English, respecting cultural differences.
- Willingness to undergo a background test and drug screening.
