    All Clean Services LLC provides janitorial services and supplies to commercial businesses in forty states throughout the United States. ACS services clients in the educational, restaurant, medical office, commercial office and retail fields. Our Corporate Headquarters are located in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, but this position will reside Full-time at Loyola University Hospital in Maywood, IL.

    We are looking for an entry-level Recruiter to join our rapidly growing Talent Acquisition Team.

    Summary:

    The Recruiter is a full-time salaried exempt position within the Human Resources Department. The Recruiter will develop and implement effective strategies to attract qualified hourly and salary candidates for the organization. The Recruiter will work alongside the Operations Department ensuring staffing needs are identified and open positions are filled in an efficient manner.

    Responsibilities:

    • Mesh all phases of the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
    • Coordinates with department managers to identify personnel needs and draft accurate job descriptions.
    • Implements effective recruiting strategies based on the available role and needs of the organization.
    • Assists with online job requisitions and posting and other marketing processes.
    • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates for hiring manager.
    • Schedules and conducts interviews in person, virtually, and over the phone. Serves as the liaison between the candidate and company.
    • Collaborates with the hiring manager and other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, and other details.
    • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies such as the completion of Section 2 on the Form I-9, then E-Verify process for all new hires.
    • Attends and participates in job fairs and other recruiting opportunities.
    • Travels to assigned markets to perform active, grassroots recruitment with Operations team identifying personnel sources as listed in the Recruitment Procedure Manual found in Section 3 under Human Resources.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by their supervisor.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
    • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles including but not limited to, hourly staff and salary managerial roles.
    • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.

    Education:

    • High School Diploma and/or GED is required.
    • Must have prior work experience (2-4 years)

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • 25% of travel required as directed by assigned supervisor.
