Your tasks
- Ensure comprehensive and solution-oriented support in a diverse hardware and software environment (via telephone, on-site, and on-call)
- Monitor IT systems and resolve errors
- Participate in the commissioning and further development of IT systems and equipment according to our IT/OT security guidelines

Your profile
- Completed training in the IT field, e.g. training as an IT specialist or IT management assistant or a comparable qualification
- High affinity for various IT topics, such as IT infrastructure, software and hardware, Microsoft Windows client/server, Microsoft Office products, Active Directory
- Systematic work approach and analytical thinking
