SEWS — Farmington Hills, Michigan Office. Basic Purpose: To coordinate shipping and receiving activities for the Detroit office and support (or fill for when he is out of the office) the Facilities Supervisor as required. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate the daily express mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL) shipping and receiving activities for the Detroit office.
BPCP input in regard to MRO receiving items (packing slips, invoices, etc.) for the Detroit office.
Creation of EREQ's for building supplies and facility maintenance invoices for the Detroit office.
Manage and restock the office and kitchen supplies for the Detroit office.
Other miscellaneous activities including updating the Detroit office phone list and seating chart, answering phone, filing, mail delivery, etc.

Qualifications:

HS or GED along with 3-5 years clerical experience
Basic computer skills, MS Office Suite
Customer service skills
Trainable on forklift use and safety
Cleanliness (5S) and safety focused.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
