    Production and Manufacturing Associate - Brooklyn, NY

    About the Role:

    In this exciting role, you will play a key role in supporting our production and manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

    • Picking and Packing: Efficiently select, sort, and package a variety of products according to customer orders and specifications.
    • Assembly Line Work: Meticulously assemble components to create finished products, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
    • Machine Operation: (Optional, depending on the specific role) Operate and maintain basic production machinery, following safety protocols and procedures.
    • Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet all quality standards before shipment.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
    • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a production or manufacturing setting (a plus).
    • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
    • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
    • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
