Responsibilities:

  • As the overall project manager, you will oversee the object monitoring according to LP 8, 33 HOAI
  • You will be responsible for the economic management of construction projects within the given fee framework, as well as monitoring and adhering to the project budget
  • You will be in charge of cost/claim and change management
  • You will act as the interface between technical trades and building trades
  • You will provide professional leadership for colleagues in the project and support their development
  • You will acquire new projects and independently build networks

Qualifications:

  • A degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • 57 years of experience in project management
  • Proficient in VOB and technical regulations
  • Good knowledge of RIB iTWO, MS Office, and MS Project
  • Strong leadership skills and a confident demeanor
