We are looking for a Site Coordinator to oversee the administrative operations of our intervention programs, playing a crucial role in the success and smooth functioning of our initiatives within schools.
Role Summary:
Job Duties:

Administrative Leadership: Oversee the administrative operations of intervention programs, ensuring effective management of staff and resources.

Program Implementation: Facilitate the implementation of student activities, coordinating efforts to meet educational goals.

Communication: Maintain consistent and professional communication with company supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents.

Professional Relationships: Build and maintain professional relationships with office staff and school administration, ensuring collaborative efforts for the benefit of the students.

Representation: Act as a professional representative of the company within the school and the wider educational community.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience: Prior experience within a school setting is preferred. Teaching experience is not required.

Skills: A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards students, administration, parents, and all internal and external customers. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Compensation:

Salary: $85,000 annually.
