What to expect


As an intern at Mazars, you will be involved in national and international projects from the beginning, focusing on company transactions, particularly in financial due diligence and company valuation (valuation and financial modeling).

You will bring your personal experiences and ideas to contribute to the continuous development of Mazars.

You will also be involved in conducting capital market analyses, as well as competitive, market, and industry research, and have fun supporting your colleagues.

You will be an active member of the team from the start, gaining valuable insights into the daily work of an auditing and consulting firm and building valuable connections for your professional network.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in special projects, such as restructuring, court or arbitration assessments.

What you bring


You have a degree in economics, business mathematics or informatics, industrial engineering, or a similar field, preferably with a focus on corporate finance, controlling, and/or finance.

You have strong analytical skills, a precise working style, and are flexible and open to new and diverse tasks.

You are a team player with commitment and a strong sense of responsibility, possess entrepreneurial thinking, and have excellent communication skills in German and English.

You are proficient in common IT applications and are available for at least 3 months.
