HR REPRESENTATIVE (M/F/D)


Currently, we are on behalf of our renowned client in the food industry, looking for a dedicated HR Representative (m/f/d) in full-time for our location in Oldenburg.


Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting the onboarding process for new employees (m/f/d)
  • You will be in charge of managing the entire training program in close collaboration with the internal trainers (m/f/d) of the respective professional fields
  • You will be responsible for managing external personnel deployments
  • You will act as a point of contact for employees (m/f/d) for all HRrelated matters
  • You will contribute to the design, support, and optimization of HR processes
  • Additionally, you will take on your own HR project tasks

Your Profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training in the HR field and/or a business administration degree with a focus on human resources
  • You have professional experience in the mentioned field
  • You possess indepth knowledge in employee support and administration
  • You are proficient in using common MS Office programs
  • A structured, independent, and responsible way of working completes your profile
