    Position Overview:

    • Contribute as a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in .NET and React/Knockout to enhance customer-centric experiences within the Talent Acquisition team.
    • Engage in full-stack development projects aimed at expanding the company's solutions roster in a collaborative and agile setting.
    • Lead the implementation of new features, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and enhance customer features across web and mobile platforms.
    • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
    • Maintain a commitment to delivering high-quality software efficiently.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and designs.
    • Stay updated on new technologies and best practices to boost team productivity.
    • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to foster skill development.
    • Investigate system-related issues in enterprise-level software.
    • Operate in a hybrid role, based out of the Weston, FL office three days a week.

    Qualifications:

    Basic Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in enterprise software development.
    • Proficiency in .NET, JavaScript/Typescript, React, and Mongo/NoSQL.
    • Solid grasp of programming concepts, design patterns, and testing methodologies.
    • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with Agile practices.
    • Experience with version control systems like GIT and deployment platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
    • Knowledge of public cloud platforms like GCP.
