Here at UKG, our Engineering, Product, Innovation, and Cloud teams (or EPIC), are the driving force behind our cutting-edge technology. These UKrewers are dedicated to delivering best-in-class solutions that transform how our customers work. We are looking to hire a Software (Full-Stack) Engineer for one of our Engineering teams within our HR Pillar.

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor nor transfer visas for this position, now or in future.

About the role:

You will,

Develop software products using modeling techniques and software design patterns

Develop web-based business applications

Participate in coding & designing of the application software

Interpret informal requirement descriptions and detail them for other team members consumption

Be an Excellent team player, builds trust with team, internal and external customers

Develop server-side business logic and core processing areas

Participate in code and design reviews to ensure quality and conformance to product standards

Demonstrate accountability and ownership for high quality product releases to internal and external customers

Use and contribute to the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery process (CI/CD)

Qualifications

About you:

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years in software development

Experience ASP .Net 6.0/Core design and programming using Visual Studio Professional

Experience with C#, .Net Framework, JavaScript, and TypeScript

Familiarity with automation tools such as JMeter, Selenium, and NightWatch.JS

Knowledge of test management tools like TestRail, Jira, and GitHub

Expertise in designing software products using modeling techniques and software design patterns

Ability to write SQL statements or a basic understanding of SQL databases

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms

Experience in developing APIs, web services, and forms

Experience in designing and developing web-based business applications

Ability to write effective NUnit test cases to increase product code coverage

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology and Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with frameworks such as Angular, .NET Web API, and xUnit
